2 – Personal Skills and Experience

Please use this space to detail your skills and experiences in general MSM and HIV intervention activities. For example coordination, peer outreach, edutainment activities and counselling etc.

DO NOT exceed the space providedI have since June 2006, came into contact with MSM AIDS related work, from the beginning to do some AIDS-related IEC materials development work, local community groups in Yunnan, colorful sky as the IEC materials development, responsible for "Colorful Sky" Publications Editing.
The end of 2007, without any background support of the Government initiated the establishment of the Yunnan parallel to the team, the team obtained the support of Oxfam Hong Kong began the next month in Kunming on 20 081 male sex workers to carry out the implementation of HIV prevention programs work. Project implementation as general director, responsible for the overall coordination and outreach.
Period mainly through outreach, outdoor activities, and male sex workers to establish ties of trust mechanisms, and through a series of follow-up services for male workers with AIDS, sexually transmitted diseases male referrals, consultation services.
The end of 2009 the team began to try to carry out some activities related to gay culture, hoping to influence through the concept of culture change in the behavior of members of the community. Reduce the threat of people infected with HIV.
In 2010, in support of Oxfam Hong Kong after the end of the gay people insist on the idea of using culture to influence people to change the awareness of community members, organized a gay hello - Smile Street beat activities, students Hello - Smile into the campus, also Zhuo gay cultural festival and related activities.

Because of my current limitations of foreign language proficiency, leading to a large extent in foreign exchange and information sharing, and access to information relative to the constraints on the existence, the program was designed by a period of 6 months to improve the training of foreign language skills , Which to some extent the host to improve my foreign language skills of individuals have a significant role in promoting.
