2 – Personal Skills and Experiences

Though my age beyond the application conditions, I sincerely hope to have the chance of prticipate this program.

As a infected person to join a HIV positive group in 2007, and later became the leader of haerbin heart to heart hiv positive work group(msm). In contact with them, feel happy and happy, in giving them mental support, sent to concern of group, inspired them, also made myself confident enhanced. Common learning relevant knowledge of aids , opportunistic infection prevention,drug adherence .etc. with everybody progress together and grow together.

First, participate in national held related training and meeting, and some community organizations communications, learn about countries in preventing and controlling aids policy, and various concrete practice, work carrying case.

Second, using what I learn, participate in project design and implementation, specific performed the following projects:

1,implement the global fund hotline answer items and drug adherence and care progam, answer those seek advisory thinkers , constantly giving mental and concern , drug compliance training and supervising, visits to haspital patients ,for target population, up to 200 people.

2, cooperation with haerbin cdc, coordinate several local hospitals, create convenient And good treatment environment, established the close cooperation relations with all the relevant institutions and departments.

3,our group and cdc come to haerbin city streets,walked into the campus together,develop aids prevention publicity, advocating anti-discrimination activities.

4,implement the china-gates “sunshine doctor”project, established including ophthalmology, ear-nose-throat, dermatologist, infection branch, surgical volunteer doctor team, And relying on the china-gates project, established the cdc medical institutions and Plwha group “3 in 1”cooperation mode, to provide the necessary medical services.

Third, represent heilongjiang province of china community team report group work in the fifth round of global fund project summing-up meeting.

Fourth, represent haerbin city infection team do some experience introduction in the china folk aids organization meeting.

Fifth, in november 2010, I went to thailand have study and communication, understanding the thai public health medical condition and local social organizations and plwha group activities.

As infected person, and also from the intervention among msm populaition, be a good companion identity.

Conscientiously responsibility is strong, have affinity and good spirit of cooperation.

I am willing to providehelp for others, and in so doing also make our life more meaningful and happy.

Our group is a member of heilongjiang province prevent aids promotion ngo, I am also one of the standing committee of this ngo , and have good relations of cooperation with other groups,

Our infection group with local cdc madical institutions have good foundation for cooperation, thia is the basic guarantee for us carrying out the relevant work.

I can commit to the whole two year program of calendar year 2011-2012

 and be available for travel within the region during the program period 2011-2012

4 – Future plan after finishing programme

We not only attention positive crowd, also pay attention to negative active crowd survival state and health. Using what we learn the advanced idea and concrete methods for negative active crowd conducting prevention publicity, mobilization high risk detection, giving consulting service, meanwhile make the positive crowd to gain follow-up and care. And actively create a favorable environment, improve their quality of life.

Use the knowledge, effectively coordnate departments, and strengthen cooperation and promote the development of related policies, advocating the perfect medical services and related legal environment.
