2 – Personal Skills and Experiences
First of all, I am a working group where the main service in MSM populations. As a VCT counseling staff, I use plain language services in seeking consultation, and I also suggested that married families and children infected have to accept VCT testing. In addition, to provide them with referrals serveice, regular telephone follow-up support on them, pay close attention to the case of infection, and ask them to hospital for medical examination on time.
Second, Actively involved in outreach work. A week in a gay sauna, bars, parks, public toilets and free distribution of condoms, but answers they put forward on the HIV or STD issues. Allows them to raise the awareness of self-protection, thus reducing the infection rate. Additionally through the online outreach and communicate with community in time to understand each partner and the mentality of the treatment.
Third, Every month we will choose a secure environment to carry out HIV infection among MSM types of peer education activities. Activities include the importance of drug compliance seminars, outdoor recreational, sports, etc., by these means to help community people on physiological and psychological care and support service.. More and more peers are willing to join in community activities.
Fourth, the establishment of infection in personal files, from time to time to carry out hospital visits. Community and peers have established a good trust, in order, establish a health record for each person, including blood, liver function, kidney function and the number of CD4 cells and HIV viral load, it is a good understanding of the health status of each person . Companions in need of hospitalization, we provide timely referrals, obtaining the patient's consent to the hospital to visit and give them psychological encouragement.

First of all, I am HIV positive MSM. I can understand the psychological state of peers, to understand the difficulties we face and, I hope that through their own efforts to help other people in the community. I want to use my experience and skill to mobilize our community.
Secondly, I have some basic English skill. Four-year undergraduate and graduate students through three years of study, I am writing, reading, listening and speaking some accumulation, if given the opportunity to learn the system should be improved in several ways above.
Again, I love this kind of job. Six months of community work in the MSM, I know a lot of good teachers and colleagues, at the same time learn a lot of knowledge, understand the stigma of our community. I hope that the long-term services to MSM communities in this area.
In addition, I better verbal ability, good communication skill, and organized the experience of coordinating the team. Good team work,In college I was a radio station's sports anchor is also the head of the school, in the various types of organizations planning to participate in school events, and served as moderator, and get the corresponding titles of honor.
And,I majored in law at the university, I would like to spend my professional skills to better serve the MSM / + ve MSM Community.

On the other hand, to have learned the knowledge and skills to work, and learn to share the essence of community work. The courses was the model of advanced team building combined with our own application of the characteristics of the local community, in practice, with colleagues of the form appropriate to the community, be improved by exploring, to find the most suitable for our own set of team building programs . To learn in the course of global cooperation on the fight against HIV, law and morality in the behavior of MSM and TG populations, epidemiology, how to deal with the media the latest knowledge in areas such as sub-level differentiated to share with colleagues and peers, so that more more people benefit. And put in the study and the problems encountered in practice record, through theory and practice to try to resolve these issues. In short do local conditions, apply their knowledge.
